Condition List

Our condition list includes: 

• Brand New in Box: The brand-new, unused, and unworn pair of boots, is in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or has the original tags attached.
• Brand New: A brand-new, unused, and unworn pair of boots that is not in original packaging or may be missing original packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached. For example, new boots (with absolutely no signs of wear) that are no longer in their original box fall into this category.
• New with defects: The boots are brand new, unused, and unworn. Possible cosmetic imperfections range from natural colour variations to scuffs, cuts, nicks, signatures and hanging threads occur during the manufacturing or delivery process. The boots may be missing the original packaging materials (such as the original box or tag). The original tags may or may not be attached.
• Worn Once: The boots have been worn once and are in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.
• Pre-Owned: The boots have been previously worn and may show signs of wear, such as creasing, scuffing, slight sole separation, rips or tears. However, we carefully inspect each pair of pre-owned boots to ensure that they are still in good condition and have plenty of life left in them.
