Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in reselling rare and classic football boots of the highest quality. It is our mission to provide complete customer satisfaction. We believe that transparency is key to achieving this, which is why we provide a clear description of the boots and the current condition that they are in. We also provide detailed pictures of the boots we resell to give customers a complete understanding of their condition. 

At bootsaus, if the boots are not entirely as described we offer a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging with tags (if apply). We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase. This does include the removal of original product tags. Please contact us and state your name and order number. Once this has been sent we’ll send you the address which your items need to be sent back too. 

We do not offer free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us. Once the item has been received to the given address you'll receive a full refund.

As a reseller and not the manufacturer of the boots, we are unable to provide any guarantees regarding the longevity of your boots. While it is uncommon for issues to arise, there may be cases where certain pairs are more susceptible to damage, particularly due to their age. If you prefer to have the assurance of a manufacturer's guarantee, we suggest considering purchasing a newer or current model pair of boots. Please note that boots produced prior to 2014* are not recommended for use on artificial surfaces, especially if they are designed for firm ground. We strongly advise against it.
